Policies


SHIPPING
When placing an order with us, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible. We will do our very best to ship orders either the same day or next day.  Sometimes there are  exceptions during especially busy times such as the holidays or after sales. We will do our best to notify you if there are any delays with your shipment.

At this time we offer three shipping options:

Flat Rate Shipping

Standard via USPS Priority Mail: For orders under $200 - 3-6 day delivery from time of shipment - $7

Ground Shipping via UPS: All orders - 2-5 day delivery from the time of shipment- $10

Expedited Shipping
Next day delivery if your order is placed before 1PM CT
Shipping rates will be offered based on the delivery address

We currently are only shipping within the US, but are looking to include other countries soon.

RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise purchased from vivigz.com for a full refund. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, boutiques, specialty stores, or other online merchandisers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. Those returns are subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date your order shipped. If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. Again, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns are processed using our returns form and are free for customers. To begin a return, please click “Start a Return” under Customer Info at the bottom of our website and follow the on screen instructions to receive your return label and send back your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our staff, and if it is accepted, we will refund your original form of payment and notify you of your refund. If your return is rejected, our customer service department will reach out to you to notify you why it has been rejected.

Exchanges

We are only able to process exchanges if the reason for the exchange is an error on our part, such as a damaged item or the wrong item was shipped. If this is the case, please contact customer service to initiate the exchange and a member of our staff will get back to you with a prepaid shipping label for you to send your item back. We will get the correct item shipped out to you as soon as the original item has been picked up by the shipping carrier.

Gifts

If you are returning an item purchased on vivigz.com, in new and unused condition, given to you as a gift, please contact customer service and request a gift return form. Send back your item with the form and you will receive a store credit to vivigz.com for the value of your item plus $6 to cover the cost of shipping.
